Return Policy
We want to ensure a smooth and fair process for all returns and exchanges. Please read our return and credit policy carefully before initiating any return.
⦁ Credit Policy: Returns and exchanges will be credited at our maximum discount rate of 50%.
⦁ No Credit for Out-of-Print Returns: Credit will not be issued for returned out-of-print titles. These items will be disposed of upon receipt.
⦁ Return Window: Titles may only be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
⦁ Return Authorization Required: All return and exchange orders must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by contacting our team directly.
⦁ Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise that is damaged. This includes products with scratches, tears, stickers, or glue residue.
⦁ Refund Processing: Upon request, refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return.
⦁ Verification Required: All returned items are subject to verification to confirm eligibility
